Restoration of Glenfield Hospital Archive
Late 2020 Precision Build Solutions Ltd worked in partnership with Glenfield Hospital to support the restoration of the Archive building at Glenfield hospital. The build had become dilapidated and run down and Precision Build Solutions Ltd and their team restored the building to a high standard to ensure all artifacts in the building where safe, secure and at no risk of damage from damp.
Glenfield Hospital Main Entrance Upgrade
One of the most heavily used and important areas of Glenfield hospital is the main entrance, a combination of patients, staff, guests, wheelchairs, beds create a massive and heavy footfall on the floors.
The project involved Precision Build Solutions Ltd managing contractors over a weekend period to limit disruption to a live working environment. Precision Build Solutions Ltd ensured throughout the project that high quality surfacing work was completed with limited disruption to the area, the resurfacing of different areas in the entrance and ensuring the standard of finish was high but in a quick timescale.
Mansion House Refurbishment
Precision Build Solutions Ltd were instructed to manage and complete the renovation and refurbishment of the Mansion House Annex at Glenfield Hospital. A full refurbishment of the building was completed and a newly formed kitchenette was installed along with a corridor to make further office space.
